[GLOBAL][VoIP] - Migration CLUSTER to CLUSTER
As part of our continuous improvement plan, maintenance is scheduled on our VoIP offer.
Start time : 15/12/2025 21:00 UTC End time : 17/02/2026 22:00 UTC Service impact : Customers will experience a 10 minute down during maintenance. Service improvement : We need to upgrade the firmware on our Yealink phones. We need to realize 2 upgrade to install the good version of the firmware, except for the CP860 model where only 1 upgrade is enough. The maintenance campain will take several days at the same timeslot every day from 21:00 UTC to 22:00 UTC. The planning for each model is as follows :
